why use lineastone
investment in technology
Linea Stone has invested in the latest technology to ensure it is able to consistently deliver top quality fabricated solid stones. The Intermac 30 & 33 are produced by the Biesse Group in Italy and represent engineering technology at the forefront of the industry. The machinery is able to edge profile and polish, drill, engrave, and even carve granites and engineered stones.
We use a Proliner digital templater to template benches. This is a world leading device providing millimetre accurate measurements. The process is quick and avoids the need for mdf templates which alter with humidity and are not environmentally friendly.
Bench top plans are downloaded digitally into the Intermac's computer systems and the fabrication process is then automated until the precision cut final product is completed. Digital input ensures that your bench top is perfectly cut for your home. This is a complex assignment given that house walls are generally far less than straight even in a new build of high quality. Our completed tops fit like a glove.
We also utilise New Zealand's only specialised mitre saw for build ups over 30mm. We cut face down with air rams. The result is a perfect mitre for optimal joins and beautiful quality.
The company employs experienced CNC operators and tradesmen with a professional, positive can do attitude and eye for detail. The combined pool of labour resources within the group means that we are also able to cater for large contract installations, such as the installation of 50 corporate boxes at Eden Park.
The company has built a strong reputation on being able to consistently and reliably deliver quality product to customer deadlines. Our core business is to Auckland’s cabinetmaking industry providing residential bench tops. Our proven philosophy is that delivering exceptional quality and service will provide repeat business.
We also have an enviable reputation with commercial projects, retirement villages, hotel fitouts, commercial fitouts and group homebuilders.
